PERSPECTIVE Course Summary
The PERSPECTIVE Module course establishes the foundational leadership discipline of core component of perspective required to build and sustain a merit-based workforce culture. It teaches you that perspective is more than merely an opinion or viewpoint. It is a leadership capability that influences how performance, potential, readiness, and advancement are interpreted and utilized within an organizational culture.
Throughout this course, we will examine how perspective is formed through our life through social influences, learning experiences, lived experiences, empathy, and our awareness of others. We will explore the interaction between Self, Other, and Objective Points of View to learn how a disciplined discerning perspective improves leadership judgment by anchoring decisions in observable evidence rather than personal instinct or familiarity.
The course progresses beyond individual leadership behaviors into organizational application by demonstrating how perspective can be embedded into your culture through hiring, performance evaluation, promotion decisions, leadership calibration, and organizational systems.
